Why I decided to enlist in the military
So many reasons. Experiencing everything the military has to offer would not only change me for the better mentally and physically, but create lifelong memories while serving my country. I look forward to seeing the world with people who challenge me to be better, doing things I won’t find anywhere else, and learning things that will help me for the rest of my life.
Why I chose the Marine Corps
The Marine Corps is arguably the most challenging branch, and that’s really enticing to me. Being around people who enjoy challenging themselves while doing things that will only make me better in many different ways sounds like something I’d love to be a part of.

When I went to MEPS to swear in, I also received a contract to the School of Infantry. I would like to end up being a rifleman once I’m in the infantry.
